In 1997, distinguished Mr. Tang Xiangqian planted Qingyi, a young seedling of China's photomask industry, in this "Silicon Valley of South China". Since the establishment of the company, with the care and support of customers and friends from all walks of life, all Qingyi people have cultivated and expanded it with painstaking efforts, and finally blossomed into a wonderful flower full of fragrance.
