The Foshan production base project was officially signed on December 15, 2023. With the strong support of Foshan City and Nanhai District Government, all work progressed smoothly. The project includes a high-precision mask production base construction project and a high-end semiconductor mask production base construction project, with a total investment of RMB 3.5 billion. The construction project of the high-precision mask production base will be constructed in three phases, with a total investment of RMB 2 billion yuan. The main products of the first phase of the project are high-end semiconductor masks covering 250nm-65nm processes. After the project is completed, the technical capability and production capacity of the company's semiconductor mask products will be further improved and the product structure of the company's semiconductor mask version will be optimized, increase the company's market share in semiconductor masks.
