1. Construction and operation of pollution prevention and control facilities:
The Company shall construct pollution prevention and control measures in strict accordance with the requirements of "three simultaneity"; operate and operate sewage and wastewater treatment facilities and equipment in strict accordance with the requirements of standards and specifications, and the amount of discharge shall be lower than the total amount of discharge approved by the discharge permit; the pollutant index/limit of discharge shall be lower than the control index/limit of the discharge permit.
2. Environmental impact assessment of construction projects and other environmental protection administrative permits (approvals in the past 9 years):
2.1. 2015.12.21 Obted "Shenzhen Municipal Human Settlements Committee Construction Project Environmental Impact Review Approval [2015] No. 100126";
2.2. 2015.09.02 Obted "Shenzhen Huan Batch [2015] No. 100080 Approval for Environmental Impact Review of Construction Project of Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Human Settlements and Environment";
2.3. 2015.09.02 Observe the "Shenzhen Ring Approval Letter [2015] No. 038 Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Human Settlements and Environment on the" Shenzhen Qingyi Photomask Limited Expansion Project Environmental Impact Report "(Draft for Approval)";
2.4. On May 13, 2009, it obtained the "Approval of Environmental Impact Review of Construction Project of Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Human Settlements and Environment [2009] No. 100403";
3. Emergency plan for environmental emergencies:
In order to implement the the People's Republic of China Emergency Response Law, the the People's Republic of China Water Pollution Prevention Law, the National Emergency Plan for Environmental Emergencies, the Interim Measures for the Management of Emergency Plan for Environmental Emergencies and other laws and regulations, standardize the preparation of the environmental emergency plan of the unit, and effectively enhance the pertinence and operability of the plan, and combine the current situation and characteristics of the company, on January 20, 2014, the company organized the preparation of "Shenzhen Qingyi Photomask Limited" Emergency Plan for Environmental Emergencies "Plan No.: SUPERMASK-SZ-HJ001", which has been reported to Shenzhen Environmental Supervision Detachment for the record, and relevant emergency drills have been conducted regularly.

According to the provisions of the the People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law, the hazardous waste generated in the production and operation of Shenzhen Qingyi Photomask Limited is entrusted to Shenzhen Hazardous Waste Treatment Station Co., Ltd., which is qualified for hazardous waste treatment.
