Outdoor Expansion Activities for Employees in 2016

2016Year 11On the 26th, the company organized the 2016 outdoor expansion training activities for employees. Although the weather was not beautiful and it was raining, the colleagues were still enthusiastic and motivated. Outward Bound training originated from the sea survival training during World War II, but after the war, it gradually evolved into a training method for modern society, which comprehensively improved the personality, psychological quality and team spirit of the trainees.
Early in the morning, we drove to the "Dapeng Qixingyan" training camp on time. Although it was only a short day, the inspiration and experience given to us was a permanent spiritual wealth. Here, let me feel the deepest in the following three aspects:
1. goals, unity and cooperation.
Training from the beginning of the "ice-breaking journey", "indoor counter-war" to "breathing power", "rapid flip", "ultimate black hole"; almost all of the projects, each of our members are actively making suggestions, are working hard to achieve the same goal.
2. foster a sense of cooperation and allocate resources rationally.
In the game, the "ultimate black hole", all the companions in the case of no use of any tools to cross a 45CMSquare "net hole", such as touching the "net hole" edge, then all the companions to start again. With the close cooperation of all the team members, when I saw a pair of eyes paying attention to and encouraging the team members, and saw a pair of strong hands holding each team member's body through the "power grid" suitable for their own body shape, I deeply realized how important the unity and cooperation between people is.
3. breakthrough innovation, meet the difficulties.
A good arrangement in the training is that when the project is completed, everyone will make a summary, express their feelings, encourage everyone to speak actively, recognize their own advantages and disadvantages, and at the same time give recognition to the outstanding performance of themselves and the collective. We need to constantly break through in our life journey, and we also need to constantly innovate in our work in order to tap our greatest potential.
I believe that everyone can get more or less inspiration from the expansion,Let's realize it in our work, benefit from it, and bring it into our work after benefiting. This outward bound training is an unforgettable experience for me, it gave me a valuable spiritual wealth! Contains a lot of educational work philosophy and outlook on life, values!
