      4Month 25On the afternoon of the 15th, Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone celebrated"May Day"International Labor Day and Commendation Conference in District Management Committee 1Hall No. 1 was held ceremoniously, and the maintenance engineering department of our factory won the honor of "worker pioneer". this is the first time that our company has won this honor, which embodies the joint efforts and wisdom of all our staff.

 

The first half of 2020 coincided with the high incidence of global outbreaks, coinciding with the critical time point for the installation of equipment at the Hefei Qingyi plant. As foreign equipment experts failed to arrive in Hefei in time to carry out equipment debugging work, all the staff of the maintenance engineering department worked together to carry out preliminary preparation and debugging work on the equipment independently, overcame all difficulties and rectified problems such as equipment abnormalities and process improvement one by one, so as to grasp both equipment and process, successively established various equipment stability test schemes, and regularly adjusted and improved equipment abnormalities.
