On the afternoon of June 19, 2025, the Kick-off Meeting for the PSM Product (Phase Shift Mask) Development Project of Hefei Qingyi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was successfully held. The meeting introduced the market application situation of the project and discussed the implementation plan. Relevant personnel from the Marketing Department, Procurement Department, Materials Department, New Product Integration and Development Department, Quality Control Department, and Manufacturing Plant attended the meeting.
At the kick-off meeting, Mr. Zhu Wendong, Director of the Marketing Department, introduced the client's demand for PSM products and the future market outlook. Mr. Xiong Qilong, Senior Operations Director, proposed the direction and thinking of the R&D topics. Mr. Wu Keqiang, General Manager, affirmed the achievements of the preliminary preparation work and gave instructions on the specific goals of the project.

On September 5, Hefei Qingyi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. held a half-tone mask version (HTM) project summary meeting. General Manager Mr. Wu Keqiang attended and made a concluding speech. A total of 34 people from the company's leadership team and key employees attended the meeting. At the meeting, the marketing department and the person in charge of the operation system reported the completion of the halftone mask project one by one.
